Usually these cars are empty tanks for EXXON and sometimes FORMOSA or OXBOW. These cars will almost always stay on the BRS and will not be turned around back to the CPKC.

Then you will open the attachment showing the cars needing brought online, Make sure the First two are left off of the switch list. If there is not an inbound consist make sure to confirm with crews if the cars should be brought on manually.
