When working the EIRR Bad Order requests, empty Amalgamated Sugar (AMASUG) cars require an extra step.

This customer has a high turnover rate when it comes to loading out cars and crews will sometimes not be informed as to which cars should be in bad order. These two factors can lead to cars that need repairs being loaded prematurely, causing delays in repairs and shipping for our customers.

The car should be placed in bad order per the usual process. In addition to this, however, you will also need to advise the customer not to load any noted cars.

*Take note of the destination of the car, as Amalgamated Sugar loads at both Meyers and McMillan*

Send the appropriate contacts an email advising them not to load the cars.
