Crews will request that certain International paper cars be brought online. The AUT is an inventory keeper for the International Paper Cars. Below I have attached a process that must be done in Customer Service first before we can bring these cars online.

STEP 1: In the search bar, search My Work Order. Find the ticket that has your car #'s in it.  



STEP 2: Reference the attachment above to build your inbound consist using the My Work Order ticket. Again, this should have already been done in Customer Service, but things get missed sometimes.  If this is something you are uncomfortable doing independently, move ticket to customer service bucket and leave a note attached asking them to please build the inbound consist so these can be brought online.
