PULL: BFR (Remove from bad order) the cars under the PULL category and block up as normal.
NOTE: Pay attention to the car's history, if it needs to go to customer partial seed and save the RWC, if it has already left the customer facility, just update blocking under the WATSS tab. Some outbound bills do not have an RWC, so this requires you to update blocking to the Class 1. Make the red box match the green box.

SPOT: Next you will move on to the right side which are “spot” instructions:
Step 1: Build a switch list. All cars should already be blocked to RIPTRK. Now you just need to add the switch instructions.
Step 2: Select a car and click on COMMENTS.
Step 3: Add what RIP # the car is showing under.
Follow through with all cars on the list, and then reply to ops that this is complete.
