THIS IS ONLY FOR CARS THAT ARE ONLINE.
Step 1: Place all cars that need updated in a switch list.
Step 2: CHECK THE WHITE WAYBILL QUE for the valid 417 billing. Onces confirmed do as follows.
Step 3: Overlay cars one at a time. Click the L/E—Bill Choice—Overlay—OK. Make sure you select the correct bill!
This will auto-write a ZOV (OVERLAY) move into the history, and we will need to send an email to the respective billing team for the railroad you’re working on letting them know that an overlay was done.

OFFLINE CARS
If the car is no longer online, but the valid 417 needs to be applied, you will have to send the following criteria to Customer Service Management, and we will overlay the billing in the background. This is an email to csrequest@watco.com.
- Car ID
- Trip Cycle out of car history - This could be the most recent or backdated, depends on what needs updated.
- 418 Waybill Control Number - THIS IS ORIGINAL BILLING LOCATED IN HISTORY ICR
- 417 Waybill Control Number - THIS IS NEW BILLING LOCATED IN WHITE WAYBILL QUE
