These steps come in handy with the Huntsman cars. We only receive them during certain time periods, and if not, we give them back based on the reasons below.
RWC (BLOCKED) TO CUSTOMER with a REJECT (RJ) STATUS INDICATOR:
- Customer didn’t order the cars
- Customer didn’t have room and didn’t order the cars
- Enter reject status and don’t change the RWC
- CN will get charged for these
- CN has sent the cars on the wrong cut
- Cars will return to the DUSR
Blocked to CN (CLASS 1) with a REJECT (RJ) STATUS INDICATOR:
- Unfit for loading
- This will need rebilled like normal and reject reason entered
- Cars will not return to the DUSR
RWC (BLOCKED) TO CUSTOMER with an ORDER NOT USED (NU) status indicator:
- Would be a customer fault
- Customer ordered but didn’t have room
- RWC will remain the same, but you will need to update status to NU
- Customer will get charged for these
- Cars will return to the DUSR
Blocked to CN (CLASS 1) with an ORDER NOT USED (NU) status indicator.
- Regular order not used
- Car was placed and the customer decided they weren’t going to load it
- They typically submit new outbound billing, and these will get rebilled with that
- Cars will not return to the DUSR
RWC setback, this will apply a setback (SB) status indicator.
- DUSR is not in route
- Customer is not serviced by DUSR
- If the CN returns a car back to the DUSR in error (car was billed on a previous cycle as outbound. Example car would be MBKX 175174 on 6/14/22)
- No charges to CN or Customer
