Put cars in a switch list:
Select all cars and hit “consist”
Fill out information per the crews request. (Offer to UP):
Contact info will be in teams or Wiki under offer process:
Enter location, date time, hit “Rule 15” and then fill out the contact info and then hit OK:
It will take you back to your switch list and you are now complete:
