If one of the cars says UNLOAD FIRST or BADO AFTER RELEASED, you will need to follow the EIRR Bad Order Process

***********************************************************************************************************************************

If cars are on PCO OR PAC status they must be released from this status before placing in Bad Order.

If in PAC status you must RLO (Release Loaded) or RMT (Release Empty). Select car, click move, select which move you want.

If in PCO status you must RCP (Release from Constructive Placement). Select car, click move, select which move you want.

Once Release you can do a BLG move as advised.

**When replying back to the Ticket with "This is complete", make sure to CC the Bad order team for that railroad. **

RELEASE CAR FROM BAD ORDER

Step 1: Equipment --> locate --> build your switchlist.

Step 2: Select Move, Select Move Type BFR and enter RELEASE in the Comment section.

Step 3: Update the Blocking by either Partial Seed and saving the RWC or Update the blocking for the Class 1.

THIS IS DETERMINED BY THE CAR'S CYCLE.

A cycle starts with an ICR (Inbound) and ends with an ICH (Outbound).

Tips to determine where a car is at in its cycle:

• On the Waybill, check the "Online Patron". If it matches the Shipper, it is an outbound bill to the Class 1. If it matches the Consignee, it is the Inbound bill to the Customer on our tracks.

• Check the Routing on your Waybill. If the FROM is our Railroad and the TO is the Class 1, block the Car to the Class 1.

  • If car hasn't been released then it needs to go to the customer, if it has, it's now ready for the Class 1.
