The customer is now telling us if their releases are placards or not.
If it says non placarded, that means that all of the hazardous material has been removed from the car. With that being said, when you go to empty these cars you need to select bill choice and NOT l/e.
See if there is an empty non hazardous waybill to move the car offline first with a current bill date. If there isn’t, you can go back to the L/E screen and enter the WASCON0002 RWC to the screen and then bill choice and create new waybill.
That will get the car situated correctly in the system so the crews can pull it.
If the release form shows that it is radioactive or they do not confirm it is nonhaz/nonrestriced, you will release the car as normal so that it carries the correct Hazmat/STCC info
Once the cars have been released you MUST MOVE to Windmill Hill 002 so that ops knows to pull the cars.
