DOCK should be used by the customer to release empty their railcars. Outbound loaded billing should come through and auto apply to outbound railcars.

If the customer does not release their railcars we can manually, do it for $75 charge per car.

The customer is now telling us if their releases are placarded or not. If it says non-hazmat placarded, that means that all of the hazardous material has been removed from the car.

Once the cars have been released you MUST MOVE to Windmill Hill 002 so that ops know to pull the cars.

INTERMODAL

Building EMPTY Waybills for outbound containers.

LOADED WAYBILLS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE CUSTOMER. WE CANNOT BUILD THESE.

Waste Control will send in a ticket below requesting for the cars to be released and pulled. Flat cars with containers will be towards the bottom of the list.

Once the flat cars come online with containers, the first containers will out gate immediately, but the flat car will still show loaded.

Step 1: Release your flat car from loaded status. L/E - L/E. This gets it prepared to be loaded with its new containers.

Step 2: Build your pending waybills. Click the White Waybill and then click Add(ins) +.

Step 3: Pay attention to whether your containers is a NON-hazmat OR radioactive. Type in your container ID and then select the correct RWC.

NON-HAZMAT - WASCON0002

RADIOACTIVE LOAD - WASCON0007

Step 4: Your Waybill will populate. Select Save. Billing will now be PND in your White Waybill Que.

From here you will follow the Intermodal process of ramping your containers.

All should then show released empty to the Class 1. As stated above, if containers are going out loaded the customer should submit that billing and it will be pending in the White Waybill Que.

Your flat car is now loaded with empty containers.

Email Terry back and let him know that all Railcars and Containers have been released to go to the Class 1.
