Car notated UP go to the UP, the blank cars go to the BNSF. Cars designated “MTY CLEAN” will have arrived empty and are now leaving empty.
If you do not have billing in about an hour, email and let Oxy know. All of their cars are hazardous, and they need as much heads-up as possible to get the billing fixed before crews pull them.
