This report runs at 13:30 every afternoon.

When this report comes in, you will need to go the JXPT Inbound Consists

Open the corresponding 418s and check each car’s history individually. We are checking to make sure that none of the cars have been delivered offline recently.

If any car has been online the JXPT recently, we need to send the car number and the date it was delivered/ the Class One it was delivered to, to Tim Hurse and Billy Gathright.

Tim and Billy will look into the car and determine if it was setback to us, or if the Class One has not pulled it from interchange. Setbacks will be treated as normal setbacks.

Cars that have not been pulled from interchange will need the 418 that we received from the Class One deleted, and our 418 from the car’s ICHD needs to be re-sent to the Class One. Tim may also request that we send notice to the Class One to have the car(s) pulled. Below is an example of what that notice should look like.
