When you get the below email. Do the following steps.
- Type the flat car in a switch list.
- DO NOT include the zero’s before the whole #’s.
- Car should be showing E and RMT
- Select Intermodal button.
- Select Locate
- Type in all of your containers and hit enter after each container keyed.
- Make sure car is highlighted.
- Select Ramp.
- Type in your flat car or you can select it from the list. Then hit OK.
- Make sure you have all of your containers, then hit OK.
- Go back to your switch list and hit F5. Your car should reflect LL and RLO.
- Reply to email and copy in CS Request.
