CSXT EMPTY IN/NS LOAD OUT
We no longer PAC CSXT cars on the AUT, we have been able to manage our inventory a lot more efficiently. When the cars come in CSXT and go out CSXT, the switching team is moving them in ROAM to the interchange track and they are auto interchanged offline to the CSXT.
With that said, we are seeing some of those cars come in CSXT and get loaded to go out NS. Since the cars do not get PAC’D, the loaded billing does not get applied. So, if this occurs, we will get a call from the crews letting us know that the car is showing empty in the track, but it is physically loaded. At this time and only this time, we will need to check the white waybill queue for billing. If there is loaded billing pending to the NS, go ahead and PAC the car (pick date/time), then release L/E, select bill choice, and then select Load/Unload. I will ad this step in FreshDesk.
