Go to https://www.watco.com/

 

Click on Customer Tools

Then click on Dock

When you log in be sure and click the Sign In button not the Watco Team button.

Here is another thing they can try. 

Please clear your browser's cache, cookies and browsing history.

 

Then go to https://dock.watco.com and try to log in with your username and password.  If it works, we're good.

 

If that does not work, open an Incognito (Chrome) window and try to log in using https://dock.watco.com

For Microsoft Edge they can try to open a private window and try logging in using  https://dock.watco.com


 

If they are still having issues with logging in then you can tell them to send an email to CS request and we will assist.
