All cars billed before noon go on current OB.
Any cars that are billed current day that need to go on today’s OB for the current list (unless the company is already on the OB list) are as follows:
GCI
Houmat
Greens Bayou
Proler
Cimbar
Valero
Trafigura
JST (with the exception of Friday).
If cars are released and the company is already on the list, such as Cimsa or TexPet, they will also go on today’s OB.
If the company are not on this list and are billed after noon, they will go on the next day’s OB list. Cimsa and TexPet are good examples of customers that bill late afternoon. They will usually go on the next days OB.
Weekend OB-
PTRA pulls both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday is a normal manifest pull. This is consider Friday’s “next day OB”. Add cars as you normally would. Ops will email in and deliver the cars off.
JST emails a list in on Friday’s that are the Sunday pull. No other cars go onto this OB list. If the PTRA pulls any extra cars, Ops will let us know. Please do not add any cars to this list.
Morning OB-
After Ops has asked that cars be delivered in the morning, please look at the previous day’s OB switch list and add any cars left over to current day’s, notifying wgptrainsup@watco.com.
