When we receive these tickets they are being moved over by management. If it is for the BHRR and says Error processing 423 here are the steps that need to be taken.

You would need to look up the car numbers to make sure they have been placed, if they are not do it one minute after they arrived in the track. Then you would need to do a release empty for the time that the notification came in.

The 423 notification is a something US Steel sends to notify us that their cars are empty. Sometimes you will just need to do the release empty as was the example above.

Be sure and add notes stating released or placed and released.
