Oxy has started to bill cars from storage to Gulf Coast Industries in Greensport. You will get notification that the car(s) has been billed to GCI off of their release. See below. When you see cars that are showing GCI, please let storage, billing and Ops know that the car has been billed to GCI. Storage will then rebill the car and billing will check billing.
IF you need to rebill the car, such as on the weekends or nights, storage has created a local RWC to rebill the car (GCI3). Please follow normal procedure to rebill cars with this RWC, rebilling with new bill and release. You will then need to put the car back into STA status so that the billing will now be for GCI. See below. Please make sure to send an email to Storage, Billing and Ops that the car has been rebilled to GCI.
