  • Gross (sum of all) = Tare weight (how much unit weighs) + Net weight (product added)
  • Haulage cars do not require a 417 if they are loaded.
  • Private cars typically end with X
  • OTMA = one time movement authorization

 

EIRR:

  • 1 hour behind (Mountain time)
  • Agricultural product ext = Huberfeed
  • Loads for filer wave group = SCHLAG RWC
  • Empty inbound reefers consigned to EIRR are typically for Lineage/ HENCOL RWC
  • AMASUG bills out their own rejects that are private cars that end with an X
    1. Example: AOKX, MWCX, & UTLX would be billed via AMASUG
    2. Example: CMO would not be billed via AMASUG
  • Specific PAC back email with tariff needs to be sent
  • Arizona Machinery = CHRIMP RWC


GRNW:

  • 1 hour behind (Mountain time)
  • Paper tiger & Clearwater paper – use the same cars sometimes.
  • When Clearwater sends in their reject emails, we bad order the car if its for a mechanical reason. Reject it if it’s a sanitary reason.
    1. Dillon Frank will reply back to the email and tell you to reject it if he can’t repair it
  • When doing the Ayer turn ICR – make sure to send the switch list in your reply back saying its complete. Also include Dillon Frank.


KNWA:

  • 1 hour ahead (EST)
  • Cathcart in Charleston = APPRAI
  • Some cars wont be in the route so check the destination of the waybill. It’ll usually show the city and then (KNWA)
  • Haulage CSXT/NS
  • DOWCHEM = UNICAR
  • When you do an ICR for Empty coal trains – you should always ask ops what customer it is going to.
    1. If there is no consist – you should use the AEI tag read, this will allow you to manually create a consist

    1. CS2 is responsible for billing out their outbounds, if a car isn’t billed, please search Freshdesk for an email confirming release from GBW.
  • If the consignee is Petroleum Services the car is for storage
