JoAnn OConnor will send in a “BAD CARS” email with the current date. This is to advise which cars did not get loaded out of her facility due to mechanical defects. When we receive these, we will place the cars into bad order status for the reasons specified in her sheet
If the cars are showing to be in an empty PAC, do an RMT move for a couple minutes after the BLG move to prevent it from triggering as a no bill once it’s wheeled away
Reply to JoAnn and let her know cars have been placed in bad order. Then either take a screenshot of the sheet with car numbers or send the attachment to slwcbadorders@watco.com
