We should now have EDI setup with CPRS on the ACR for going forward.  There are some cars that I am going to load with a RWC and get offline from today and yesterday.  We should now be receiving origin switch 404’s for outbound customer traffic, as well as 417’s for inbound customer traffic from CPRS.  If you are missing billing going forward, here are the email addresses and phone number for CPRS:

NSC CAN Interchange <NSC_CANInterchange@cpr.ca>; - Interchange issue
Exception Handling CDA Exception_Handling_CDA@cpr.ca – Billing issues

800-704-4000 is the automated call-line. You can select option as per which department you want to connect with.

These teams should now know that CPRS should be sending billing to ACR.  If they try and tell you to get it from CN, tell them that it used to be that way but has now changed and reference the attached email from Pinaken Patel at CPRS.

Also, from this point forward, please deliver all cars that are blocked CPRS to CPRS.  Don’t deliver the CPRS blocked cars to CN any longer. (This will be the outbound customer cars and the haulage cars from CN to CPRS).  The cars we get from CPRS we need to receive from CPRS going forward also. (Operations could say we received them from HCRY, but it is CPRS we want on the ICR)

Crews should be putting on their paperwork what railroad they are getting the cars from.
