Henry Smith with VSOR Ops will send this in, after inbounds. There are four different possible instructions Henry could have listed.  


  • YES – PCO 
  • This car should be empty 

  • PCO it in the track it is showing in 

 



  • NO – LOADED (and car is on loaded billing) 
  • This should be a loaded car 

  • No work necessary  

 



  • NO – LOADED (and car is on empty billing) 
  • This car will require research 

  • Check history, to make sure this car was not setback to the VSOR 

  • Car will need to be updated to show loaded, and could be a setback to the KCS 

 



  • NO – BAD ORDER  
  • This car should empty 

  • Place in bad order for the reason listed on the paperwork
