This is typically sent in, in the morning. For the switches that will occur the next day.
PCA is dually served with BNSF traffic being handled through the TIBR; KCS traffic is directly interchanged to and from PCA. TIBR does not touch KCS in/out cars, but all cars still need to be accounted for.
The PDF will have 3-5 pages, with each page being a separate part of their switch. All cars will need to be put into a switch list and checked. If a car is not showing online, it needs to be checked individually to make sure it was online within the last few days. Sometimes this reporting lags, and cars may have already ICHD. That is fine, as long as each car was accounted for and the moves are very recent.
De Ridder Mill – Spot List
Everything in “spotted” needs to have been ICR and PAC within the last couple of days. This page has the inbound inventory from both the BNSF and the KCS.
Most KCS reporting on this list is behind and is already offline. History will need to be checked on each car to make sure it was online recently.
If a car is not online/ was not recently online, you will need to request a 418 from either the BNSF or the KCS. (Offline trace.)
BNSF IB cars can be ICR from the BNSF at Kirbyville, and then PAC to a PCA track.
KCS IB cars will need to be ICR from De Ridder – West, to the 8118. Then PAC to a PCA track.
De Ridder Mill – Pull List BNSF
This page will have all the cars PCA is billing out to leave with the BNSF the next day. Tank cars will not be billed out until after 10:00am.
Some of these cars may have been reloaded. If the car was not already RMT and PAC back to PCA, email the customer to confirm that the car was reloaded. Do not file until all cars are billed that are on this page. The crews will be pulling them tomorrow morning.
De Ridder Mill – Pull List KCS
This page will have all the cars PCA is billing out to leave with the KCS. Tank cars will not usually be billed out until after 10:00am.
Some of these cars may have been reloaded. If the car was not already RMT and PAC back to PCA, email the customer to confirm that the car was reloaded. Most of these cars will have auto-ICHD once their billing applied, because TIBR crews will not be physically handling these.
De Ridder Mill – Pull List Other
This page will have cars PCA is billing out to leave with a different road, than the one they arrived from. These cars will have arrived with the BNSF and be leaving with the KCS; or vice versa.
Cars going out to BNSF need to have billing in place before the list is filed.
Cars going out to the KCS will usually have arrived loaded, you can RMT these cars and update the blocking to show KCS - BOI
Some of these cars may have been reloaded. If the car was not already RMT and PAC back to PCA, email the customer to confirm that the car was reloaded.
