Betsy Whorley will be your main contact on these cars. Most National Salvage cars will be load in – empty out. However, some of their cars are reloaded before being sent out. Betsy will forward in the Release and Reload notification from Dock, with instructions for the destination of the load.
Make sure the new loaded billing applies. If it does not apply in about 30 minutes, email Betsy and let her know we did not get the billing. Once we have received the billing, respond and let her know.
TIBR Crews will be pulling these cars on her evening switch, so we have to make sure billing is in place before the cars are pulled to the BNSF.
