The LAS has very limited repair capabilities. All Wesroc cars with mechanical defects need to be rejected back out to the KCS.

When an email like this comes it, it means the car needs to be rejected. Please rebill the car like you normally would (do not put the car into bad order.) 


 

 

Add the reason listed in the email to the MISC tab in the waybill, under special instructions 


 


Send the KCS a Reject Form and reply to the customer that the car will be returned to the KCS.
