Evergreen has two facilities, Waynesville and Canton. These facilities will ship cars back and forth to each other. When an Evergreen car No Bills, there is a specific way they need to be emailed.
The car number, where and when it was placed, and when it was pulled all needs to be specified.
It has been very helpful to have the two different facilities in different colors.
The main contact for Waynesville is Walton Shepherd, for Canton it is Colton Ray. They will typically just add their notes/ answers into your list.
