Evergreen sends loaded cars from their facility in Waynesville or Canton (T-Line) over to Tercon’s facility in Fletcher (W-Line). This move will be billed out through eBOL and sent to us.
The car will need to show empty and placed in Waynesville or Canton. If the car blocks up RWCNeeded once the billing has applied, EVEPAC0025 needs to be applied. Verify to the customer the billing applied.
If the NS reaches out for billing about a car that has been billed Waynesville/Canton – Fletcher: inform them the car passed their tag reader moving from our T-Line to our W-Line and that we still have physical possession of the car.
