A deploy car is a loaded car that comes from Waynesville (H-40) to Canton (G-12). These cars come from Evergreen Waynesville with broke (shredded) paper that has been deemed unfit for use. Since the paper is coated in plastic polymer at Evergreen Waynesville, they bring them back to Evergreen Canton and melt the polymer off the paper (deploy) and then recycle the paper.
