The ABS moves a lot of setbacks each week. Any time that a car is marked up as a setback, the form needs to be sent like normal. Operations then needs the car number and setback to road emailed to them at, ABSOps@watcocompanies.com
This makes sure the cars are cut out of the train they are currently in, and turned the right direction. Updating it in the system is not enough, because Operations does not use it. Yard lists are printed out once a day at the station. So anything that changes after that, will be missed unless an email is sent.
