1. Frank will create an empty waybill in ebol that will auto release empty the car
2. Rules will apply an RWC that will block the car HOLDHUNT MRU
3. Ops will pull the car to the yard
4. When inspections/repairs are complete and Frank is ready to ship the cars he will email CS2 that cars are ready to ship to their carrier. Frank if you don’t mind please include the carrier IF THEY ARE NOT reverse route to KCS.
5. Upon receipt of the email, CS will block the cars to KCS ART or other carrier per Frank’s instructions, check the 419 flag, SAVE, and send EDI. Only KCS shipments will require the 419 flag.
6. Cars are pulled and taken to interchange
The purpose of this process is to ensure cars don’t get away before they have had their inspections/repairs. Any deviance from this process will result in an error shipment that will cause a delay and loss of revenue for Hunt and ABS. If you have any questions on this it is important that you let us know.
