Kristi Slusher will send in the below email listing cars she's ready to ship from her facility.
When Kristi sends in her released railcars, you’ll check for available billing to apply to the cars.
Once billing is applied, the cars should automatically block to the Class 1.
If the cars don’t automatically block correctly, you can manually update the blocking in the WATTs tab on the waybill.
“Previously marked” means you’ll do the remark process for previously marked cars and apply billing to the new marked cars. You can do this by copying the old mark's waybill to the new mark by clicking copy/add in the white waybill queue.
If they advise cars can be released back to UP, then these are cars that we can manually rebill with RWC ANDERS0049. This will allow the cars to move on a generic empty bill to UP lines where they will go back into the UP pool for disposition.
