We will receive an email from Michael Monroe titled Copy of RAILCAR RELEASE

Open the attachment to show which cars he has billed out from his facility. Be sure to check each box to grab all the car numbers listed. As an example, the first two boxes show to have a car number but the third box does not have a car number listed. We can disregard this and only worry about the first two.

Type the cars into a switchlist in Watss and confirm the cars are in an empty PAC status. If cars are not showing PAC, it's likely that operations are behind on entering their moves. Update the cars to show PAC to Fletcher 7310.

Loaded billing might take 10-15 minutes to process, so continue checking back if the cars are still showing empty PAC. When loaded billing applies, they will show RLO and blocked outbound to a class one.

Once billing is confirmed, we will check back on Michael's excel sheet to see if the cars have any corners or cables listed. If the cars show 0 Corner 0 Cable, then you can reply to Michael and let him know the cars are confirmed released loaded.

If we see that the cars do have corners and/or cables listed, we will send a separate email to the SLWC Bad Order team so they can remove them from the car. Then reply to Michael confirming that the cars are confirmed released loaded.
