If you are trying to log into Dock and it gets stuck loading or nothing appears on the page. 


Please follow the steps below.

Click the three dots in the top right corner and click "History". Then select "History" again once the small window pops out. 
Once you get to this page you are going to click "Clear Browsing Data"
Change the "Time Range" to "All Time". Make sure the 3 boxes are selected as shown in the image. Click "Clear Data". You will then want to close all open tabs and the browser itself. Re-open the browser and try loading into Dock again.
