If you are trying to log into Dock and it gets stuck loading or nothing appears on the page. Please follow the steps below. | |
Click the three dots in the top right corner and click "History". Then select "History" again once the small window pops out. | |
Once you get to this page you are going to click "Clear Browsing Data" | |
Change the "Time Range" to "All Time". Make sure the 3 boxes are selected as shown in the image. Click "Clear Data". You will then want to close all open tabs and the browser itself. Re-open the browser and try loading into Dock again. |
